Vistatec to Attend iTag Digital Women Forum Event

Square

Vistatec’s Teresa Lawless will be attending the iTag Digital Women Forum Christmas Event. The event will take place on November 24, 2022, from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Hardiman Hotel in Galway, Ireland.

This year’s speaker will be Dr. Karen Weekes. In February 2022, Karen became the first Irish woman to row solo and unsupported for 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean as part of the ‘SHECANDO2021’ campaign. By successfully completing this journey, Karen became the 20th female worldwide to have ever rowed across any ocean solo.

Karen is an adventurer, lecturer, and sports psychologist who specializes in cognitive and practical coping techniques for endurance sports. Her presentation will provide an insight into the challenges and effective coping tools she employed while at sea, focusing on strategies for building resilience and employing effective goal setting which can be used in business and our everyday lives.

Teresa will be joined by Vistatec guests at this inspiring conversation, lunch, and networking iTag event.

“I am delighted to once again be attending the annual iTag Digital Women Forum event. We are looking forward to the conversations and networking with our Vistatec guests and other attendees at what promises to be another enlightening gathering,” said Teresa Lawless.
