Vistatec is delighted to be this year’s Diamond Sponsor at GALA 2023 Dublin. The localization industry conference will take place in Dublin, Ireland, from March 12-15, 2023. 

This prominent localization and language industry event will be the place to rethink some of our established assumptions or ways of working, to see how the language industry can regroup for the future, and how we can all flourish in this brave new world. Vistatec CEO, Thomas Murray, will deliver an address to welcome everyone to Dublin, and David Siegel, the CEO of Meetup, will provide an opening keynote.

During the event, Sharon O’Brien, Professor at Dublin City University, in conjunction with Vistatec, will give a special presentation on Multilingual Communication for Resilience Building. The talk will focus on the importance of timely, clear, and accurate communication in a crisis setting. Additionally, Raquel del Álamo, Senior Supply Chain Business Partner at Vistatec, will be giving a presentation about Vendor Management 2.0: The Evolved Skillset of the Modern VM. Throughout the session, Raquel will share how, once responsible for simple selection and onboarding, Vendor Managers today are responsible for many tasks and activities, showing how Vendor Managers are „centrally located“ in the supply chain.
