Vistatec HR won HR Team of the Year at the prestigious 2025 Ragan Workplace Wellness Awards. These awards honor organizations that prioritize employee well-being through innovative strategies in mental health, diversity and inclusion, employee benefits, and overall engagement.

CHRO Siobhán Gantly heads up the Vistatec HR Department, which comprises Elaine Wallace, Dolores Dowling, Karolina Medon, Beatrice Vaicunaite, and Melania Moldovan. The team’s dedication to employee well-being and creativity in developing wellness strategies was among the many reasons it was awarded the top prize.

The latest employee survey saw an impressive response rate, which revealed overwhelmingly positive sentiments. 95 percent of employees said they were satisfied with their work-life balance, 98 percent highlighted a strong inclusive culture, and 86 percent expressed overall job satisfaction.
