We utilize 10,000+ highly skilled in-country language resources, plus over 100 in-house resources to support a 24/7 business model provided through global production hubs. We invest in further training of those people to empower them to succeed in everything they do. We continuously monitor and audit all of our production output to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.

Vistatec Certification

We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 17100:2015 (Translation Service Providers) standards, ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices), is ISO 2701:2022 (Information Security), and ISO 18587:2017 (Machine translation post-editing), and we have a strong focus on building for sustained success of the organisation via ISO 9004:2009 guidelines. ISO 9004:2009 provides guidance to organizations to support the achievement of sustained success through a quality management approach.

The ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices) standard, ensures we meet the specific, rigorous quality requirements for suppliers to customers who are involved in the life-science, medical and pharmaceutical industries. We have applied the requirements of this standard to our existing processes for all our customers, to ensure uniformity of approach and maximum quality output across all accounts.

Vistatec Quality Policy

The aim of Vistatec’s quality policy is to enhance all aspects of our customers experience with our company, while also securing the future of our company by constantly exceeding our customers’ expectations and achieving sustainable, profitable growth.

This level of quality is achieved through the adoption of a system of procedures that demonstrate the expertise of Vistatec to existing customers, potential customers and independent auditing authorities.

Successful implementation of our quality policy requires all Vistatec employees and suppliers to take full responsibility for the quality of their work. We use our own bespoke, rigorous translation quality metrics, created by our in-house quality team based on analytics, best practices and years of localization experience. These metrics can be tailored to each individual customer’s specific requirements.
